Returns and refunds

All sales for preorder items are non-refundable as they fund the production. We only accept returns for damaged items or printing errors. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll send a replacement. The customer must pay return shipping. Refunds are offered for damaged items should the customer not want a replacement, but returning is required. No returns for a change of mind.
